Responsibilities:
  • Oversee complete daily operations of the gold encashment lounge.
  • Verify XRF purity tests and manage cash/bank ledger transactions.
  • Ensure absolute adherence to KYC regulations and corporate compliance standards.
  • Supervise and train branch sales executives.
Qualifications:

Graduation required. 3+ years experience in retail gold sales, finance, banking, or gold appraisal lounges. High integrity and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a cluster of 4-6 gold buying lounges in the Hyderabad region.
  • Perform audits on cash balances, XRF calibrations, and KYC verification records.
  • Develop local marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Report directly to the operations management.
Qualifications:

Post-graduation/MBA preferred. 5+ years of operations experience in jewelry retail, banking, NBFCs, or related fields. Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet walk-in patrons and guide them through the 4-step appraisal process.
  • Collect and verify required KYC documents (Aadhaar & PAN cards).
  • Operate precision balances and assist in XRF purity readings.
  • Follow up with online rate queries and booking leads.
Qualifications:

Intermediate/Graduate. 1+ years experience in customer-facing retail jobs. Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
